Turtle drum "Koan" - handmade, double sided, 9 note on the top and blue - colored tank drum can be tuned to any scale and to 432 Hz tuning origin! Default tuning is Bb dorian 9-note scale & F aeolian/minor scale. New video of Bb dorian scale available to watch!

Drum is tuned in corresponding scales which assure clarity of sound and spacious, echoing effect when notes are played. Two sides can be also played together if you position the drum vertically on your knees, giving opportunity to create more melody variations. The bluish color of the drum is the natural color of flamed steel. It's diameter is 22 cm and height 18 cm. Note that all turtles have a logo, assuring the quality of our handmade tank drums.
